Pain management, especially chronic neck pains, low back (lumbar)pains, hip pains, carpal tunnel pains, arthritis pains and chronic headaches are successfully evaluated in our office by electro-diagnostics, fluoroscopy screening and when indicated treated with Facet blocks, selective nerve root blocks, sacroiliac and other joint injections and various other nerve blocks and injection techniques. Epidural injections will be used only if we have to, and many times as a last resort, being inherently more risky.
